Terrible experience as staff here extremely rude, i went to Box number 12 Lady name Barbora Jaafar she had very bad behavior not only with me is well with people before me, She was using “Ty vole” words with her colleagues and laughing on other people, Prague city Hall to think about their staff behavior with customers!!!!!!

I've filled formular and pickup number. On a normal business day at 5pm i've waited about 10 minutes. Madam behind the glass was great and it was fast. Recommended.

Staff is nice and all but the waiting time is ridiculous. There are about 16 counters, only 4 of them are open. C’mon people.
