Super professional studio, very helpful and accommodating staff. I've got amazing complex hair color and fancy manicure with gel polish! Prices are surprisingly low for Prague. Very recommend! :))

I did a walk in and was met by a pleasant girl at the reception, I explained what I wanted very clearly a same length short Bob, I am on my phone browsing, believing that the hairdresser got my point considering that I explained what I wanted several times and even showed multiple pictures, she proceeded to cut the hair on the back sooo short and when I noticed she said that it’s a technique to make the Bob look nicer, I get that but that’s absolutely not what I asked for, she basically ignored all my instructions and what I wanted and left me with shorter back pieces that will be unmanageable

Spontaneously booked a visit with Viktoria for a gel manicure, and it exceeded my expectations. She took the time to do it perfectly, advised on how to better wear them (it's my first time), made the prefer shape & the cat eye reflections as I asked. The staff was very friendly, brought some tea with a cookie, and were extremely helpful. Thank you for the experience, I love the result!

Went for a manicure, they didn't use glass files when preparing the nails which left them not smooth and much more likely to break. Limited nailpoilishes if you don't want the gel nails. Nailpolish started cracking and falling off after two days. Charged more than what they said and it was impossible to communicate with the ones performing the manicure (no enlish and almost no Czech, only the manager spoke English). Would go somewhere else.
