First time in this nail salon. They had time for me right away. They removed my old gel polish and gave me this beautiful new set. She did a precise job, friendly lady. I would recommend!

Very poor quality. The pedicure was horribly done. Better to pay 50czk more and go to normal salon that makes pedicure as it should be. Scrubbing foot doesnt mean a pedicure. Had to come home and finished myself. Been there many times and always disappointing,bit always was giving another chance cos is next where i live. I think it was my last time after the pedicure they have done. It is a shame.

Excellent service, I’m very glad with how my nails turned out. The lady doing my nails was considerate and kept checking if I was happy with my nails during shaping and coloring. Wish I wasn’t just visiting Prague and could take this salon with me! ♥️

Great place to go for a manicure that isn't basic. I also saw a mom bring her 8 year old in, so they do kids manis too.

Unfortunately each time I've used Fashion Nails the service is worse. Today my feet got really aggressive treatment, with dry skin peeling around my toenails and two cuticles bleeding. Unacceptable, really, since this is a big part of their business. Very little engagement with the customer and the indifference is rather unpleasant. I've seen some of their technicians do an excellent job, but not today.

Language difficulties can complicate communication. It can also be uncomfortable to be surrounded by technicians chatting and laughing in a language only they understand. I've been a regular client here for a while, so would like to be informed when their prices increase, as they just did. I haven't had a pedi anywhere else in Prague, so have little to compare them to. I'm mildly satisfied.
