Experience with its online shop Brasty.deLeaked perfume, extremely Unprofessional customer service, zero willingness to solve problems, worst online seller I have ever experienced!I do a lot of online shopping in general and have bought perfumes from many online sellers. I have never met a seller that is so unprofessional, petty and unwilling to solve problems caused by their defect goods.The delivered perfume leaked from inside of the plastic foil while the post package was in perfect order. It leaked so bad that the paper package of the perfume sticked to the foil and could not be separated. It was clearly a case of defect item and not a problem caused by the post delivery.Upon receiving the defect perfume, I immediately called Brasty’s customer hotline. Except a recorded voice I could reach no one.I then wrote to the email address of customer Service, attached the photos of the damaged perfume package. They wrote back and asked for more photos and more descriptions again and again: 1. photos from all sides of the package, 2. or again photos of the perfume package (apparently the agent lost track of those I sent in my first email), 3. photos of the bottle etc, 4. Insisting me to give an estimation of how much perfume was leaked. I replied it is impossible to tell as the bottle was not transparent - maybe 10%; 5. trying in talking the problem as caused by post delivery and so on…This shows how unprofessional they are throughout: bad packaging, bad customer service, no willingness to help customers in case of problems.In order to get my money back, they asked me to fill a claim form, paying for the return package first, inserting the postage invoice in the package and sending back to them. They wrote that they will then inspect the perfume and decide whether on my application for reimbursement.I did not want to throw good money after the bad money I already spent with this seller and I did not want the hassle of sending back. The thought of having even more contacts with this terrible seller was just unbearable for me. So I asked for a compensation of 50%. They wrote because only 10% leaked (an estimation they forced me to give which I said was impossible to be accurate and now use it against me), they can only return about 10% of the price. I accepted because I was so fed up and did not want to have anything more to do with them.This shows how petty and laughable they are. We customers pay for the whole perfume including the perfect package and the functional sprayer, not only the juice inside. Perfume users also know how important these parts are for using and storing perfumes.Perfumes are beautiful works of art. Unfortunately they treat the perfume they sell and their customers with contempt.I would definitely suggest you to avoid this seller at any costs!

They have sent me a fake Encre Noir that wears off within a minute on the skin. As I have been buying this brand for years, I can tell the difference. Will never buy anything again at Brasty.

Delivery was fine, pretty quick actually. The volume foam was not, however. It's not making foaming almost at all. Is more like sticky water and a little foam.
