I ordered 2 things, they told me I didn't pay for the order which I did. So I emailed them straight away after not getting an answer I called the number they provided and it always went to voicemall which there wasn't any so it was basically useless and finally now 2 weeks later they sent my order which I don't need any more. Very epic experience but wouldn't shop again

Podvod. Zbozi co prezentuji nemaji ani na sklade a odmitaji vratit penize. Po zruseni objednavky to hraji na to, ze se jim pry castka nepripsala. Penize poslali, az kdyz jsem to nahlasil na policii.

I experienced the worst customer service ever through this company with an online order of a light (easygrowlighting.eu). After 3 weeks I figured out they were still waiting for parts that I ordered! Cancelling my order was a real pain. Luckily it all got solved through a paypal claim. It took 3 months to get my money back. For the sake of your company I'd advice you to improve your customer service and be transparent about your stock and delivery process!
