Perfect locality straight in the middle of Prague. Very lovely place with a nice lady and beautiful atmosphere. There's not just posibility of renting, but also of buying the costumes, or some fancy accessories, which you can use to complete your rented costume or wear them separately (I took a lovely 40's sunglasses and I'm gonna to wear them with my usual outfit!).

Arrived to Prague to organise a stag party for a friend. We went with nothing and needed a fun outfit for the night. When we arrived to this store the employees were really nice and instantly thinking with us to get us the best outfit for the evening.I can recommend this place if you are organising a stag party in Prague!

Forget the rental costumes, 90% of them were either damaged or dirty and I mean dirty as in unidentifiable organic stains on the clothes. Filthy and disgusting. The place is too cramped and small, quality of clothes is not very good and prices are pretty steep. Don't like it. Still 2 stars as their selection is at least pretty big.

Was absolutely disappointed by behaviour of consultant, when I was buying small candles, I asked about bag, it costs 10 czk, which was okay for me, but she suggested me a huge bag for couple of candles. After I asked about small one cause I absolutely don’t need a huge, for what she tried to tell me that this is for another shop and she cannot give it to me. Everything was in rude manner with absolutely zero wish of service. I attended your shop 11.02.23 at 17.10 and hopefully will never again. The consultant was lady with blond shoulder-length hair and blue shadow.

Worst customer service! Lady was rude to me and my gf, was annoyed she had to work - told us she cannot inflate 15 balloons because it wouldn’t make sense in winter and they would deflate after 1 hour, when we said that we are ok with it she would say go to another store I probably don’t even have helium. So we wanted to atleast buy balloons that were on sale, as there were couple of balloons missing. She told us the original price is the price after discount, when we showed here price on other same balloons she laughed in our face. Recommend going to avoid this place and just go to Bruselska street instead.
