Received a faulty product.Agreed with seller to have the possibility to buy other product after sending back the faulty one. Without any communication they sent a replacement part.Shipping had to be paid by me.

I ordered a small part from them and they mailed me wrong one. Now their customer support is ignoring all my requests for fixing it.UPDATE - The support finally reached me out finally and refunded my order (did not refund shipping fees though), so not so bad
