(PAUL Paladium next to Adidas!) Ok food, though croissant was stale and chia dessert not fresh. Service was TERRIBLE, appalling and just totally disappointing. I visit PAUL all over the world and this is the first time the staff is so rude. No greeting whatsoever, and when you start to order the barista/salesperson seems to be in a rush for you to pay even if you haven’t finished with your order (for context I was the only customer at that time). I let that slide, saying to myself ‘ok maybe she’s under stress, it happens’. However, when I was ordering (in English, as I’m a tourist here), I asked for *still* water (also said no gas for easier translation) and when I sit down to have my food and drink, I open the water and as I take a sip I feel that it’s sparkling water, not still. Then, I very politely asked for a new water - still water - and the barista/salesperson got very rude and frustrated. I had to use Google translate here so I wrote her a polite note explaining the situation. Then she started shaking her head and loudly speaking in Czech so I didn’t understand a word. At the end she did give me a still water which I had originally asked for. All in all, if you come to Prague and want to visit a PAUL branch, AVOID this one. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff…

I visited the store located in the direction of the Kingscote Hotel in the Palladium. Salad is fresh and delicious even after 7 p.m I got it. The male clerk in this store is very kind and considerate. Because he works here, I recommend this place among many Pauls.

Very good breakfast options from Croissant to sandwiches and to desserts.

This PAUL is located next to the Adidas shop, right at the Palladium entrance next to the IBIS hotel.Apparently there are multiple PAUL locations in the Palladium.I liked the bacon & egg croissant :-)

Girl with pink hair is extremely rude. She put the wrong time (set for one hour before) on the “short break board” and when people tried to ask her about it, if there was a mistake, she didn’t even look at them and did not speak to them. She ignored everyone, she did not even say “one minute please.” No need to be overly friendly but blatantly ignoring people who ask a simple question is another level.

Not accepting € Euro. how disappointed :(After i did order my food and coffee the cashier said we don’t accept €. So i did canceled my order because i was carry Euro’s only :(Also they don’t have any kind of tea because the machine was broken as she said.

Paul's chocolate croissant and coffee are amazing, but maximum times nobody is there to take the order .also they have very less sitting space

It’s good for a snack, it’s pricey, but their product is good.

Terrible service, the server ignored us, instead being on her phone.
