Hilton Prague Old Town

Stopped for a weekend break with my company. Was a fabulous break from start to finish.Three coaches of our team arrived in one go and the queue was large, the hotel team arrived quickly with water and apple juice to serve us as we waited to check in.On arrival to our rooms they are spacious and comfortable, with very modern decor.We were centrally located to the old town and all of the sights were close by so we saved money on taxis or trams by walking.Breakfast was a mixture of fruits, continental, cereals and hot counter, with a on hand chef to cook a fresh omelette if you wished. There was also gluten free options available.On check out day we were given a room to place luggage as we had an evening flight so further great service.

My recent experience at Hilton Prague Old Town exceeded all expectations and left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and ensured that our stay was nothing short of amazing.One aspect that stood out was the exceptional service we received in the breakfast area. The staff members were attentive and accommodating, especially towards our baby. They made an effort to interact with our little one, which created a pleasant and family-friendly atmosphere. The baby chair was always prepared for us, and our requests were promptly fulfilled.The hotel's business lounge was another highlight of our stay. During the happy hours, they served snacks, and beverages were available throughout the day. While the food in the business lounge could have been improved and served more frequently, the outstanding service provided by the staff compensated for it. Their warmth, friendliness, and welcoming nature truly made a difference.The location of Hilton Prague Old Town is perfect, as it is situated in the heart of the old city. Everything is conveniently within walking distance, allowing easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and bistros. We enjoyed our stay at this property and appreciated the attention given to Diamond members. The breakfast buffet downstairs is extensive and was good. The hotel has been well kept and was clean. The elevators were fast. Great location.We did have many issues with the room keys not working but understand the system was just about to be completely replaced days after we checked out, so that’s good news for future guests. Also, we thought the size of the executive lounge was a little small. There were times when we couldn’t get a seat.

The location is great: within walking distance of many of the city’s major attractions, an easy walk to the train station and across the road from the tram stop.Staff were capable and efficient. Pre-stay emails were answered promptly and most requests were granted.As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I received a room upgrade, welcome gift, full buffet breakfast for two and access to the Executive Lounge.Our King Executive room was of ample size and comfortably furnished. Unfortunately the bathroom had toiletries in old-time, tiny, non-reusable containers.The Executive Lounge is quite intimate and offers great views of the city, with all day snacks and the usual evening canapes, plus a selection of self-serve wine and beer.Breakfast in the restaurant was standard Hilton quality.To be honest however, compared to the other hotels in which we stayed during our time in Prague, the Hilton was the most expensive, but not always the best.

Really great stay for a quick Prague holiday. The hotel is modern, clean and everyone at the hotel were really friendly. The location is perfect and within walking distance to all the major tourist attractions.Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Prague. Amazing the perfect location and beautiful views, smooth check-in. The room was modern and very clean. But the service was not great. Some service at the front door is so rude we paid for parking at the parking lot but they think maybe we are the wrong parking they come and asked to look unhappy and unwelcome to our stay in the hotel maybe my hubby and I are Asians. It made for a very stressful experience. The staff was not friendly at the 8-floor breakfast and make me feel look like not respect us make me uncomfortable felt very harassed and hurried for breakfast. I am American Canadian we almost stay everywhere. I support Hilton Hotel because we are Americans. Breakfast was awesome I will definitely be staying at this hotel because I love kindness. I hope the staff needs to try to respect everyone the same better friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would suggest that this might be the Hilton for everyone, it’s sad to see the Hilton brand heading this way. I would like to give very special thanks to the Hilton family and team Hilton’s for always support for our Troops overseas, Veterans, and Military Families and always being so sweet and accommodating really appreciated your team support. I will definitely consider staying and supporting them again if I travel everywhere and will support Hilton! ❤️

We had a great stay at this hotel.Location is a short walk from the nearest Underground station with a close walk to all the best tourist destinations and a tram stop just outside.Service at the hotel is great everybody is friendly and helpful and check in was very easy with all information for our stay. The room's are large and have everything you need we had a room on the upper floors.This hotel had a good gym bigger then most hotel gyms and a nice swimming pool and sauna which in all honesty did get very busy but still we managed to get plenty of time to relax.All in all a good stay and a lot better then other Hiltons I have stayed in which normally don't offer much if I am being honest.What I will say is there is a lot of building work near the hotel so the only downside is a view of that but hey that's a really small matter and your there to be outside not look outside.

Beautiful modern clean hotel in the middle of the downtown area! It was very private, quiet, and not touristy at all!! Perfect ambiance! I ordered room service, and to my surprise, the Spinach Ricotta Ravioli was an absolute gourmet treat! So fine dining material in the vicinity of your hotel!! Absolutely recommended!!

Solid choice location clean and safe hotel we booked the week of vacation using Amex rewards. Attentive staff--and many of them. Parking $40 for 1.5 days (if full go across street to Marriott's which is more spacious to begin with). Breakfast, although nothing to write home about, was ample. Also dog-friendly. Would easily stay here again.
