You aren't allowed to enter with your backpack or bag. If you are lucky and you have your backpack with you, you'll be searched by security on the exit. I didn't felt that I'm welcomed customer. It's ridiculous. This was the last time I went to the BauMax.

Horrible since the Baumax is under Polish owner. Not possible to return unpacked goods even it is returned the second day... Lots of Polish furniture rubbish...That is all. No more shopping in this store"!"

I bought a door from there and I still do not have a lock for it as the people there cannot agree on what I need. Other then this, nice and well priced shop.

The store is great, with so many tools and household items, but sellers speak just Czech language. They've been rude even when I try to use other Slavic languages for better understanding.3 star is because of the bad service!

Over 30 minutes searching and waiting for stuff because they are not on place and take forever for reception to call them, just to be told it is 19:40 and they cut material only to 19:30. They dont care you make one and half hour trip because they are unable to send linileum to different branch. Noone else from other section is willing to help because it is not their problem. NEVER AGAIN

Horrible customer service.I asked a Middle aged, blond lady for an advice about propanbutan bottle. She was immensely rude to me.Turned out Baumax didnt even have the goods So I Went to OBI Prosek instead. OBI had everything and a nice customer service on top. Baumax Letňany never again.

Really horrible place. No helpers at all ! Don't dream that you can find somebody to ask for help. One lady at info, upset. Long queue. One cashier ,very Long queue, one cleaning lady followed your steps upset;,one save guard.No business,no service ,no mood.
