I'm from out of town and don't have the right transformer for my hair straightener. Got my hair washed and dried here along with my kids as a treat to us while on vacation. Very nice, friendly service and we all came out looking beautiful for a fair amount of money. Would come back!

The best place to get your hair cut in Brno.

I came to this place after seeing the reviews. I was very clear to the hairdresser what I want. I just wanted a simple haircut. I showed her pictures and explained her in both Czech and English. No idea how on earth this is a haircut she found good, where my left side doesn't match the right side. Fun part is she showed me in mirror that it looks fine and tryied to hide. Few hours later I saw this and went back again to get it correct. She told me she doent have free time until next week. I had to go with these hair out. After I came back to get it correct she dodnt do any thing diffrent to make it correct. I had to wait for my hairs to grow back.If you dont understand please ask. I dont mind explaing it.

I came to your place for the first time after reading all amazing reviews and information provided on website. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met, but also worsened a lot.On your website you mention that there is a personal consultation, offers and professional view on suggestions that were not fulfilled in my case.I talked to the hairdresser, explaining her what I'm used to, what suited me and what I wanted from her. All I got was her neutral and absolutely uninterested reaction, where she barely even spoke to me and said that she won't do exactly what I wanted and won't do anything extra. When I asked for her suggestions and opinions on trying something else or if she had any other good ideas she blatantly ignored me.In 40 minutes all I got was hair washing and styling that looked like I got caught under the heavy rain in the bloody tropics. Now I have to wait another 6 month for my hair to grow back because the sidebang she gave me is absolutely atrocious and not what I wanted at all.Absolutely not coming back. Not with that attitude.Mluvím perfektní český protože tady žiju už víc než 5 let tak že komunikace" rozhodně nebyla chybnou z moje strany. Bohužel, jsem zklamaná :( chápu to, že si salon účtuje téměř 900 korun za zastřižení konečků, ale očekávám kvalitně odvedenou práci. Slečna mi ostříhala každou stranu jinak dlouhou - rozdíl asi 1,5cm a doma jsem musela dostřihávat zuby. Ach jo.

I came there because I saw the online reviews, but I am disappointed... I asked for a simple haircut by showing photos (front and back) , the hairdresser did somethingelse.. it was not much a problem for me, but once at home I noticed the squared cuts of the scissor and the front part was not alligned... the worst thing that after washing my hair, she brushed with a brush full of hair of somebodyelse (probably previous clients) and when she finished to brush my hair she put back the brush without clean it... ready for another client!!!

I was there first time and I'm glad to say that customer service is on good level. The hairdressers are very nice and helpful. Even I was almost 15 minutes late, I had my hair done! Thank you. I am satisfied with the results, because my hair have been refreshed with nice new colour. Looking forward to another appointment in September.Regards,Monika Kolenda
