Měli doručit zásilku mezi 10-12h, po 13h přišla sms že zásilku se nepodařilo doručit, ale řidič v ten den vůbec nevolal!! Když se dovolam na info linku tak zjistím že ten řidič ani nebyl na zadané adrese, takže očividně se mu ani nechtělo jet. Zaplatím dopravu a musím sama pro tu zásilku jet! NEJHORŠÍ DOPRAVNI SPOLEČNOST!!!!

Hopeless! Cancelled another appointment to wait at home for my parcel delivery. It never showed up in the prescribed hours. Then I received an email that PPL attempted to deliver the parcel and they tried to call me. I had no missed call from PPL. Had to collect the parcel from a pick up point. Would never use PPL again!

I chose door to door shipment but delivery man didn't ring the doorbell cause there wasn't my name on it. Of course there wasn't cause I was on a vacation in Czech Republic. But I was at house and waiting for him. I put in comment that I' a guest from room 6. Also they told me they cannot call on foreign phone number, I thought we are in UE and it's not a big deal. The package was delivered to parcelshop. The thing is if I wanted it to be delivered in parcelshop I would choose the cheaper option with delivery to parcelshop. This is ridiculous and unacceptable

Worst ever parcel company. Over priced on usual items where other parcel delivery companies do better deal . Don’t understand what is so special about ppl. Especially dispatching items overseas or internationally within EU - joke.Other problem you might find with this company havingdifficulties to talk get on hold with top management claiming anything is night mare - avoid. Feel sorry for anyone who work there. I will not use this company in future

Awful. DHL use them but they've never completed a delivery to me. UPS, FedEx and DPD seem to cope but PPL are totally useless. They say they've delivered a package when they haven't and suppliers are still asking me about them weeks later. Need to change their management and get the police to investigate the disappearing packages.
