Perfect haircut from elite hairstylist, swift communication, friendly without frills and reasonable prices. Finally found the perfect haircut in Prague after so many attempts. You can see the knowledge and precision at every cut and the passion these folks have for their job. Definitely recommend!

Worst experience ever!I went there and booked an appointment for myself physically and then one day before I just went there to confirm the receptionist said she doesn't have it. Literally she was lying because the previous day she booked it. Weird staff I'm really not happy with the answers .

I strongly do not recommand this place. Bad service and very very expensive. 780 czk for a blowdry made by an intern. When I told the boss I was not handled by an 'elite' as she said she got mad and asked me to pay and that she does not have to explain herself. As I do not speak Czech I asked her to show me where I could see the price she asked for she couldnt prove it. Stay away is my best advice.

I have been there 4 times, since I live around tve corner, and except for one time, when I left slightly unsatisfied (the hairdresser wasn’t as skilled as the others), I have received nothing but pure satisfaction and a perfect hairstyle. For this price, you are getting a great service. Nice place.

Worst hardresser experience ever!The guy washed my hair as a bulldozer, as he was chatting with his colleague and didn't pay attention, he put the shampoo in my eyes (not the foam, the actual gel shampoo out of the bottle). Then he cut my hair 10-15 cm shorter than I requested, on an ugly style far from what I asked for. And finished by drying my hair, not in gentle way, again while looking with his colleague on her phone. I end up with a disgusting, way too short hair cut for almost 1,200 czk.
