Not sure where to start. I am probably one of the most honest people you can meet, I saw a deal on Slevomat which on paper looked really good and thought I would try something new,full service with the below 699ck:Includedshearwashingdryingadjusting contours and eyebrowshair removal in the ears by firesteaming with a hot towelshaveaftershave treatmentscrubblack maskmassage head + facestylingI thought why not but this was the worst Barbering experience I have ever had. I won't be rude to the staff but maybe only half they offered happened and nothing prepared. You can't offer something like this and not fullfil what is shown!! No black mask,no scrub, no massgae to head or face,steaming hot towel more like warm towel from sink put on face..hair removal by fire , guess what - NoSorry I am annoyed but if I massaged this on Thursday evening when I left the barbers it would be 10 x worse. Really bad guys,my expectations were high but this was not good. I have been to a few barber's in the city and got the service offered and never had this feeling.I would not recommend not too sure where the reviews come from.

Very good experience with this barbershop, especially with barber called Marko. Cool guy with great skills! Totally recommend for both hair and beard cut styling.

Bad experience with Barbershop 13 in Harfa.I went in to book myself for a haircut there were 2 guys one ginger/blonde guy sitting on the chair and another one behind the computer.When registering for the haircut, I told my phone number in czech.( thought the guy might appreciate the gesture ) and successfully booked for a haircut.The bad part comes now. When leaving I hear the ginger on the chair starting to laugh and making fun and laughing of how I said the phone number. ( you would think that they appreciated the fact I tied)In short, i won’t return tho this barber shop even though it’s 5 min from home.

Time management is something you guys need to learn! It is second time I am arriving in time and waiting longer than 20 minutes. Respect the time of others. Not gonna try your place anymore.

Turned my head into an egg. Not recommended

The hairdresser cut my hair much shorter than I asked for. Before the haircut, I showed a photo of the hairstyle I wanted. In addition to the fact that it didn’t turn out the way I wanted, it also looks bad in general. And the hairdresser was not friendly. Maybe tomorrow I'll go to another place to fix my haircut

Refused haircut even if i have appointment. The woman is like mute never say/speak a word when asked. No customer service
