cant say anything bad about the food, it was very good-the only downside was the portion for the size, but i guess that was expected. The biggest disappointment was the staff- they were lost and stressed and changed up the order.

My wife and I had lunch on the terrace. The food was good. This would be considered an upscale restaurant so the prices were a little higher than normal. Alcohol prices were on par. Service was good.

Wonderful lunch spot with delicious food and friendly service.After hiking up to Petřín Tower, we were hungry and were afraid we'd have some lousy tourist food, but it was the exact opposite.My wife ordered the trout with potatoes and I opted for a burger with fries. Both dishes were cooked perfectly and nicely presented. Our waiter was kind and attentive too.Overall, a great lunch experience.Tip: This restaurant has a toilet so you don't have to pay €0.50 to use the one near the carousel.

Great soup and coffee, bit more expensive than other places, but that is okay for this special location. Nice staff and service. What I don’t like is the placing and the design of the building, too close to the historical tower. And the design does nit make any connection with the surroundings. At the same time it’s not really brutalistic. Just a misfitting design.

The kitchen is closed after 18.00 although we saw online that it was opened till 22.00. It was a disappointment to come up here and not be able to eat something.So please be aware of this!I have been here before in the afternoon and the food is very good. The staff is very friendly and the vibe is good.

Food and drinks are expensive as expected.Waitress didn't know English that well.The soup had some mystery meat in it, was gross.Service was extremely slow and they were confused, we had two waitresses at one point. Biggest con is the slow service, expect to wait 30 minutes for your food.Try to go to another cafe if you can.

Extremely long wait for our food, about 45 minutes at least after our starter, appetizers. They were not busy. That cost us valuable daylight hours. We started at about 3:30, and it wasn't until about 4:45 when we finished. We had expected it to be a quick meal, not a prolonged experience waiting endlessly. Maybe their cook was on break? It doesn't take very long to cook hamburgers.Although the hamburger did taste good, it was not medium rare that I ordered. It was also very thick, somewhat kind of like a ball. It did not fit the bun, and on the sides of the bun there was just about an inch of nothing, as all the meat was again in this odd shape. I never experienced anything like it, very bizarre. They clearly do not know how to cook a hamburger.If you are a tourist, don't go here, as they will waste your time with endless waiting, unless you are wanting to relax for 75 to 90 minutes.

Well, this was very disappointing. My boyfriend ordered the steak (which I think was the the most expensive dish on the menu), the waiter even asked him on how he would like the steak, rare, medium,.. but then forgot to bring it. There were three waiters and every of them was serving all tables, it was way too chaotic (we ordered to a different person that brought the food to us and then we paid to the third one) so we understand how this mistake could happen, it wasn’t even a full house, maximum 3 tabla so I don’t understand how they could watch me eating without realising they didn’t bring a meal to my boyfriend,… and yes we could say something, but we thought that obviously that the steak is preparing longer then my soup and salad and then we don’t even wanted to be there longer so we did not tell them about it. The last drop was when we really wanted to pay and leave and all of the 3 waiters disappeared in the kitchen ( from which we heard they’re watching some videos and laughing). Food was good, great location and interesting ambience so I just wish this review will get to the management so in the future this won’t happen cause I was disappointed but my poor boyfriend was not just disappointed but also hungry and I think that’s all just because of disorganisation.

This was overall a very nice restaurant and is conveniently located near Petrin Tower. The menu however is very limited in size and did not really cater to vegetarians. The prices here can be a bit steep and being charged for tap water may be a bit off putting. I would however, recommend that you give this restaurant a try if you’re in the catchment area.
