Fantastic helpful staff.

Milá obsluha a krásné místo u hradu, to by bylo všechno báječné, i podle jejich webu to vypadá jako úplná idilka.Ovšem karta se obrací, když člověk do malebné hospudky vstoupí jinou cestou než virtualne….Obsluha všechno jiné než příjemná. Čas zde asi plyne jinak než v okolním světě, protoze po 2 h přišla obsluha s tím, ze bohužel ztratila objednávku a bez omluvy odešla.Jídla jsme se toho dne již nedočkali.

We ate there and it was fantastic ! Very good service with a super nice staff, very helpul who helped us get back to Praha by train. Enchanted to have found a traditional czech brasserie !Thanks again for having us ! I recommend without a doubt

When we visited, they had game on offer (wild pig, dear etc.). Very nicely and creatively cooked using seasonal ingredients, such as chestnuts and berries. Loved the taste! Very nice service.Only downside is meat portions could be a little bit bigger, then it would have been perfect.

Friendly young team, good food, nice place to stay.

Chtěli jsme využít restauraci. Sice po dešti, ale už slunce a tak jsme chtěli posedět na zahrádce. Obsluha nás z restaurace viděla, ale aby se třeba přišli zeptat, jestli jim nechceme udělat tržbu. Nezájem! Tohle tady není poprvé.... Asi zákazníky nepotřebují?!

Fine food, pleasant service, good prices and value for money. Recommended! :)

Výborná restaurace přímo pod hradem, jediná nevýhoda je malinký hluk z ulice, ale ten se dá přehlédnout. Velice sympatická a usměvavá obsluha! :))

Awesome hamburger!

We wanted a small out of the way location to travel between Pilsen and Prague.This location is all we needed from a hotel to accommodate our day trips. Located only about an 1.5 hours from the two locations listed we could not wait to check in. Check in is done at the restaurant located on the ground floor. The hotel itself is very well put together and had the amenities to keep two kids entertained between our day trips. The history of the hotel is well displayed and adds to its very local humble atmosphere.The hotel staff were in my opinion absolutely wonderful, they did anything any everything to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It had a “right at home” feel with the restaurant being the hub of the hotel.The kitchen staff in particular are incredible. The food was not only delicious but very well put together. Our first night in the hotel the restaurant was very busy, but that had not effect on the staff. The food was brought out quickly. This did not negatively influence the flavor or appearance.With a quick visit to the local Town information center, three minutes away. The very friendly staff will help point you in the direction of all the available activities to do and see within the town and within the castle. To our surprise we found that right next door the castle Hrad Krivoklat has many things to see and do.If you drive to the hotel and want to leave your car in the hotel parking, you will find the local bus stop is right across the street. The best way to travel to Prague from this location would be the train station ten minutes up the road. Being located on the main street of town so the main thoroughfare is busy but not unbearable.Worth note; My only notice was the hotel parking in back along the stream had at times a sulfuric smell, now it was not over baring but notable. The hotel has nothing to do with this but unfortunately the smell was there. With that being said, from our room that overlooked the stream and hills we did not have the smell in our room, restaurant, or hotel in general.+ I didn't not include photos of our room as the photos on the hotel web site show exactly what you are paying for. We rented the Quad family room.
