I used to love going to zara home with my girlfriend we always ended up buying something new, but last time we had very horrible and disgusting experience from an employee ( a guy, black hair and skinny, Asia ethnic), he was so rude and miserable, because my girlfriend wanted try pillow and bed sheet and he shouted at her with miserable face and angry that he was ironing it and it's not for touching. What a horrible customer service and coward to talk to a lady that way. Do not go there, you will be welcomed with miserable rude disgusting employee. Spend your money somewhere else. Was a big mistake. SHAME ON YOU

I ordered a bed sheet that arrived in a wrong color and in the store they were not able to order the correct one and made me pay first for an order but still could not guarantee the correct color! It arrived in the wrong color again! I got NO support!
