Usually long queues without clear instructions on which floor to buy what items so if you don't know the shop you might wait in 2 queues unnecessarily. During peak hours the waiting time is easily about 10minutes for one queue.It could have been easily avoided having free pick up at the shop. When you want to buy one thing which costs less than the whole price for pick up, it is uneconomic to pay for ordering in advance. But having it free, it would easily smooth things up.Great electronics selection but I do not recommend unless you want to waste your time.

I came here and wanted some help from the staff. I don't know much about electronics, so I thought the staff will help me and offer me something. I was wrong. When I didn't tell them exactly what I wanted, the staff started being really impolite and started shouting at me.I'm not coming here again. This really wasn't worth the long queue.To be fair, I added 1 star for big selection of products.

Sadly I have to amend my review. The staff may be really mean.One time a man at the counter was not happy with the accent I was speaking with, and did not hesitate to tell me that.Another time was worse. Something went wrong with the order I made, so a guy called me and told that he's cancelling it because my name was incomplete. I asked him to just correct the order, he refused.He was talking really fast and I was not understanding all of it, so I asked (as polite as I could) if he speaks English. This is Czech Republic" answered he in Czech and hanged up on me. What kind of customer service is that?!What they sell could be easily found in the well-known online alternatives for a lesser price. Ordered online, pick up was smooth and on same day. They spoke English. I also bought few other items while there, you can find anything you can imagine related to electrical and electronics, DIY hobby stuff. Staff was helpful and did their best. So far so good.

Attempted to buy a HDMI - DVI connector. After waiting about five minutes for the guy to finish his conversation, I explained what it was in czech. The guy didn't want to help because I didn't have an order number. After some time I showed him a picture of the item and because it was on Alza's website he shrugged his shoulders and said jed do Alzy" as he was walking away.In the last six months I have spent approximately 3 000 crowns in this store as I work nearby. I'll now be getting my supplies from Alza as the man suggested."

Great place with huge assortment of electronic and electric related items. Some of the staff speaks English too, but better prepare your questions in advance if you’re not a Czech speaker.
