The entire staff was so so warm, friendly and helpful. Every morning we were greeted with big smiles. The food was always delicious, and they would even accommodate your special requests. The rooms were well cleaned on a daily basis. A small quaint place to stay. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent service. Nice personal and the breakfast awesome. Located in a very good place and with very well rooms. The only thing is that they are not whole time in the hotel, from 10pm to 7am there is none and sundays they leave very early.

One of the biggest hotel in Hranice.Very nice beef steak and confortable room.You could consider to stay in Hotel centrum or Zamecky hotel if you are business travler.

Maybe All staff in this hotel remember me, i arrived Korea safety and now prepare back VN(for work....)Best place and service Very good, and when lock down season, very helpful the hotel staffs, because i dont know Hranice, If i back to Hranice, i want to use this hotelThanks.

Outstanding hotel service and accommodations. It has been such a pleasure being here for the last two weeks. The staff made sure that we were well taken care of and Mrs. Ames is correct the food was always delicious. For sure when I return to Hranice I will stay here! My new home away from home!!

Some rooms are next to the wellness-rooms, where it's every nigjt very buisy and loud until late at night (aktually it's half past twelve) . Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean.

First time i came to Czech republic and also booked hotel here. I like security here and doesn't noisy. From window I can saw street with nice view. Minus for this hotel is doubles room ( I don't like mattress cuz The mattress is always divided in half. I always fall into the gap between the two mattresses. Haha but it's doesn't matter if I attend)
