Great experience as a foreigner. All information in both Czech and English and people working here were speaking good English.Also the woman that helped me was very kind and answered all my questions with a smile.I wish all Czech state institutions were like this!

They were incredibly nice, spoke perfect English, effecient processing without appointement, friendly, funny... I couldn't believe it, this was actually a really nice experience. But bring cash with you, no card payment is possible (you need 100 crowns)

Kind, fast, caring. I've been served quickly, and with a smile. The feeling I had immediately is that both the employees who served me, cared about their job and my needs. This was leaps and bounds better than ANY other experience I've had with Czech government offices. They need to parade this team around to show the foreign police, zivno urad, etc. how well people can be treated and that not everybody needs to be miserable.

Super helpful staff, especially Martin. They have signs everywhere that day they speak English and are very fluent.
