SCAM!!! You might get what you have asked for, but they will charge you 2-3x times higher price than regular.Confirmation number is 45755.Tickets that I have received were 248kc = cca. 10eur and I was charged 30EUR!!!!!I understand that you do not work for the companies that you represent, and it would be ok to charge up to 20% of the value but to charge 300% I don’t know how to describe it differently than THEFT or SCAM.I hope you have a good explanation on this.

We used Czech Transport for transporting our international wedding guests around the Southern Bohemian region for a weeks' worth of activities, wedding included. The buses were on time, very clean and spacious. Nadia was very responsive with bookings and questions that arose during the week. We would absolutely recommend booking with this company for your large party transportation needs.

We recently completed a group stay in Prague where our group of 23 persons reserved coach transportation through Czech transport for six excursions out of town (Cesky Krumlov, Karlstejn Castle, Pilsen, Kutna Hora, Terezin-Bohemian Switzerland, and Dresden). The primary reason I chose this transportation company as the group leader was due to communication. Nadia was very responsive to inquiries, helped to process our payment remotely with invoices/receipts, sent communication info/phone numbers for bus drivers the night before each excursion, and even responded to an inquiry late one night during our stay in Prague. The Mercedes Benz Tourino the company provided was comfortable and modern with air conditioning. We had an issue with one of our six excursions when the company sent an Okotar? bus instead of the promised Mercedes Benz, and that bus was really bad--small, poor a/c, etc. Nadia apologized and sent the Benz for the remaining three trips, though, and offered to pay for our parking at excursion sites. I will say I thought it was odd that Czech Transport asked passengers/group leaders to pay for parking at sites, instead of just rolling that into the overall price. That was a bit awkward trying to process parking costs with drivers who don't speak English. Which leads me to my biggest complaint about this service--the drivers. I'm not quite sure how Czech Transport works, but it seems to be a travel agency that books trips on other company's buses? I'm not sure about that, but it seemed like there was a lot that got lost in translation between my conversations with Czech Transport about our schedule and where we wanted to go, and the Czech bus drivers they sent to pick us up. On a few occasions when we had multiple stops scheduled, the drivers didn't know about the second stop, and we had to try to explain the schedule to someone who didn't speak English. Almost all of the drivers save one were honestly quite rude, and one in particular who took us to Dresden would not close his window, letting in hot air and disrupting the a/c for the entire group. This Dresden driver and another driver didn't seem to have any clue about the roads we were on, which was very strange for a commercial transportation company. One driver took us on a ride through Kolin instead of using the bypass around town, then got lost and went the wrong way back to Prague, before finally delivering us to Zleby Castle too late to make our booked tour. You would think this driver would learn that Kolin had a bypass, but no, on the way home, he once again got OFF the bypass to detour through town and stoplights, making the trip much longer than it needed to be. Another driver did this same thing--the guy who took us to Dresden, instead of taking the main road back to Prague, detoured down some narrow back roads, presumably to avoid the highway tolls that buses seem to be charged in the Czech Republic? I have no idea, but that cost our group about an hour of time on the day they sent the hot, uncomfortable bus. So overall, this company is legit. They sent buses to our hotel on time as we scheduled, they took us where we needed to go, but the drivers are a big problem. If you hire an English-speaking guide (service offered) as we did for two of our multi-stop trips, they don't necessarily help that much. The two days we had English-speaking guides were also the two days when our drivers took us on wild rides through the country/city, when you think the guide might have looked at their phone/Google Map to make a better suggestion. So this company needs to have a conversation with its drivers who are pretty incompetent, and make them actually look at a map before they take off, plan a route, and know where they can park when they get to an attraction. It was a bit surprising that these drivers were so incompetent when that is their sole job--to know where they are going. Czech Transport could be a really good company, but they need to work with a different coach company and drivers who are professional. Otherwise, it makes the whole company look bad.

Don't buy any tickets from this guys. Oversize prices. In my case I purchased tickets for the airport bus from Prague to airport and the surcharge is the 100%. The ticket cost 60 czech crown THEY CHARGE 125 czech crown. I'm really disappointed. Beware of this pickpockets.

Unfortunately this Company is not reliable businiss parter. Althoug I have booked a Vehicle, they have contact me and changed the price instead of 25€ to 46€ because the location is 32km away from Airport. Esspecially it is Sunday, and I have to pay in advanced. (Just for the record, a year ago, same company, same Distance... 25€) ... I have canceled the booking, since it is cheaper to rent a car as 46€ to pay.What was really sad... the distance was not 32km, it was 24km. So, they are using tricks ... not fair. Pretty sure I will NEVER again book by them!
