First of all the hygiene when it comes to serving the dishes is terrible, you find hairs among many things, apart from the fact that the variety of food is null and void and it is not replenished at any time. On the other hand the attention to the public a 0, the manager does not know how to deal with customers and it is impossible to talk to them, none of them understand English. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. On the other hand in 10 days that we stayed not a single one changed the sheets or towels. Last but not least the shower had almost no water.

Hotel is newly renovated, nothing is falling and the kitchen is OK. There unfortunately no pool in the hotel, but there is a football field of a very bad quality. My overall experience woth this hotel was good.

I had left my key in the room, talked to the manager to open the door with the master key, we Solved the problem and His son Didn’t know and he was ready to break Down the door and make us pay 1000 czk for it. No coordination at all, overall an awful experience.

The staff members were very unpleasant to deal with (exept the cooks, they were nice). I would recoment some human interaction training cuz I would rather hug a cactus than socialize with the staff at Černá Bouda. Also the hotel is in very poor condicion if your not in the main building, and it is very ugly, dirty and smelly, so I would do something with that too (really scary bathroom). Overall it was meh.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days. The food was horrible, there was hair everywhere in every meal. The staff was very angry and arrogant except for 2 people that worked at the bar. The only thing good was just the view.

Really tasty Gulasch and the berry desert was also quite nice. We also appreciated the playground nearby to keep the toddler busy.

Very clean, tasty food, perfect location. We stayed there for 10 days and enjoyed every moment there.

i won't recomand this place if you're looking for a clean and stress free environment. The staff is gross and awfull, the cook's hair is all ofer the plate, the manager accused the group of people ,that i've been with, of destruction. Horible place. The only staff mebmer that was friendly and helpfull was the barmaid but she got fired because she spent some time with the group. Try to avoid this palce for your own mental health.
