The gelato itself is fantastic. It’s probably my favorite place in Prague based on the taste and the available flavors alone. The service is fine. They’re generally friendly, but there is the occasional attitude. The problem for me is the lack of consistency in their portions. If I go there with someone we can both leave with fairly significant differences in the amount of gelato received. Sometimes they even weigh it before giving it to you which just seems so cheap to me. I’d never seen that prior to this place and I’ve never seen it anywhere else. Regardless, though, I still say that it’s some of the best gelato in Prague and I’ll continue going as long as I live here.

Really delicious gelato! Its my favorite chain in Prague. The size small for 60czk is very generous and you can mix 2 flavors. The cone is always crispy and fresh and the ice cream scoopers are always polite and friendly.

Absolutely the best. The dark chocolate is soo rich and creamy. The white chocolate is the best I’ve ever tasted!

Good! I ordered healthy ice cream without sugar in every spot of this shops and best one is near narodni divadlo, cuz here it’s so much frozen sadly! But interior and service 10/10
