Very slow service, i saw the employees just talking to each others for an hour without taking any customer on Friday 13th May.After two hours the employee said sorry no English.I will close my 3 accounts.

The service is extremely bad, it takes a very long time. Most of the employees appear to be doing you a favour by showing up for work. You can for a services and it takes so long that the documents provided become obsolete. No wonder people are moving more and more to mBank, Equa (before Raiffeisen destroyed it) and other dynamic institutions. I sincerely hope that QA for CSOB starts to look deeply at customer feedback on such poor quality services.Ps. No need to copy and paste your 'sorry for your bad experience message', it makes the bank look stupid.
