I do love this place. It has that ability some places in Prague have, that is transforming itself during the evening: from a café to a pub. Cultural hub, bookstore and good beer and good music selection.

Authentic Prague café with a small bookshop inside. Perfect for working and meeting with friends, easy to lose track of time. Overall, very affordable, a special mention goes to the toast and svařák. Made with love.

Cafe, Bookstore or Pub. Great place, friendly staff and cheap beer. This place is meeting point of different cultures. I love this place and I am happy to be considered as local. If you are lucky, you can meet me in there :-)

Lovely little cafe not quiet In the centre. Full of locals which is always a good sign. Warm and playing Frank Sinatra so lovely vibe. Coffee and toasties were amazing, staff lovely :)

Great coffee with great music. The barista is super friendly. If you want to stay away from the crowds and find a local vibe, this is the place for you.

Went in Saturday afternoon. Not too crowded. People playing cards, reading, chatting. Menu in Czech only, but if you're reading this on a phone, it should be no problemv with a translator app!Great service. Be loved the mulled pear apple griotka.

Tourist are not welcome here! The bartender was smoking a joint behind the bar while pouring drinks. I walked up to order a drink and was told were no longer serving when she was clearing pouring drinks. So we went to this amazing bar next door with great service. 2 hours later that terrible bartender was still serving drinks to the locals. Do not support this awful establishment

I was here a few times, circa 2006-2008, and I still remember the creative atmosphere of the place.
