Don't bother with this store. If it doesn't look like you can afford to spend money, the staff will barely give you a glance. I've never felt more uncomfortable. I was prepared to spend several thousand CZK on glasses, but most of the staff members were too busy on their cell phones to offer assistance.

Had a great experience with this store, bought bohemian glass and a garnet ring. Only issue is that my garnet ring lost a stone within the first week and we were already out of Prague when this happened. I was wondering though if I could send the piece to be fixed, or purchase a garnet to fix my ring.

Had an upsetting experience with the female store manager. I bought a few expensive vases there and asked them to hold the vases for a pick up When I came to pick them up the store manager was very dismissive, would not help me carry the heavy vases, did not care if I break them or not. I got a feeling their derives stops at the payment. Once they get your money they’re done with you. If it wasn’t for one of the employees who helped me , I’d probably break all the vases I bought trying to carry them out. Just really terrible how they only care up to they get your money
