Very bad service. 2 employees who clearly didn't want to work, and it was 10:30 am. The receptionist asked her colleague to help me to close my bank account, she refused and sent me to another agency. CSOB customer hotline confirmed I could close my account in any agency regardless where my account was sitting.

Very bad service, wanted to ask some questions and the person working asked me to go search it on the internet. Wouldn’t be asking if I could already find it on the internet, would I? Bad customer service. Not recommended.

The process of exchanging the old czk notes was fuzz free and easy. Got a queue number downstairs and head up to the counter, waited for my number and head into the booth for exchange. All done within 10mins.

In any ČSOB branch it is very hard to find someone who speaks English, even in Praguey. My “premium” banker replied to my email once, for another email he just decided to do nothing (emails had been written in Czech, btw). So-called “Support” in the application and internet banking have not replied to my questions at all.Will change CŠOB to another bank because so called “Premium” experience is quite horrible. In this other bank my wife has much more available products, very friendly premium bankers and so on.

I wanted to invest my money with CSOB however they told me that they cannot open any product, even a standard account if you don’t have a permanent residence. I recommend you to visit their competitors. Good luck to CSOB with this discriminative approach.
