We chose Hoffmeister Hotel for our wedding venue and it was a great experience. Throughout the process, the hotel staff was very helpful and supportive. We wanted to have a fully vegan wedding, and the restaurant chefs did an amazing job with the dinner. We got so many compliments on the food, especially from guests who normally wouldn't try a vegan meal. The hotel staff took care of decorating for us (we just gave them our idea for what we wanted) and they set out food and drinks throughout the night. We were able to have the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, live music and dancing, outdoor events, and even an after-party in the underground lounge area. The hotel made everything easy and it was the perfect night.

I cannot share any positive reviews as the waiters appeared bored, annoyed, and unfriendly towards us. Furthermore, despite not being finished, our food was abruptly removed from our table. Additionally, the food was noticeably salty.

Amazing food really. We had the Christmas dinner here at Ada restaurant and loved it to bits especially the beautiful decorations and seating.The service was also top-notch with food and drinks flowing smoothly over the night despite it being fully booked.

There is a paradox in this restaurant. The food is very good. But the atmosphere of the restaurant is terrible. Tables empty, no table cloths, no cutlery. The restaurant looks like closed. And when we were there, there were three terribly dressed manual workers and loud Ukrainians who only came to drink. We didn't feel comfortable, even though the food was satisfactory.

+ Spacious rooms+ really nice dinner (3 course menu)+ great service+ private spa (big jacuzzi and sauna) available for reservation (separately) and at additional cost (totally worth it especially for couples!)+ good massage+ perfect distance to old city/Charles bridge and to the cathedral/castle (about 5-10 minutes for both)- if you do not care for privacy in the jacuzzi/sauna and some alone time AND do not want to need to book ahead of time, this may not be the perfect place for you- you really do need to reserve the spa otherwise you will not get the times you want- as an Austrian I just do not get why English breakfast is called Gourmet breakfast" but others may agree with that definition...We will definitely return!"

Out of the ordinary dishes. A calm place in a busy area. They allowed me to park inside for free.
