Everything you need, body building, power lifting, 1 heavy boxing bag, acrobatics, locker rooms and showers. I go off peak time, but can imagine could get abit hot and stiffy if it’s peak time from other reviews. I give 5 stats for off peak time and equipment.

Really nice and compact gym with everything you need for a good workout. The trainers are friendly and English speaking- which is a bonus :) In the extreme of opening hours it mostly empty. In the summer the garage is open so no bad smells or humidity. Enjoy.

Amazing gym. Most of the staff speaks English. There are 3 big halls. One is with regular weight lifting equipment - machines, dumbbells, squat racks. One is with cardio machines - bikes and running tracks. One is for powerlifters and classes. A very good variety, quantity and quality of benches, squat racks, barbells. People who go there are friendly even to foreigners. Have gotten plenty of free tips from staff and clients. Also amazing art on the walls (see pictures). Absolutely love it!

Excellent gym, new machines, friendly staff! We came today for the first time and slightly struggled finding it - please see the attached photo, you have to enter from Slezská street.Edit: had to delete the screenshot to get the review posted, only realised a year later, but yes, it’s still an excellent gym!

I have been going here for the last few years, good and cozy place with nice trainers and owner. However AC is not turned on in the summer, at least in 2022 which makes it very hard to train, especially when it’s super hot. People are sweating a lot and I believe it’s not helping pushing my training forward as good as I wanted. I hope owner sees this and maybe will put AC on. I have put 5 stars as it is a very good place still, but thinking to move to another gym just until this heat is over.

Being a tourist, I turned up there and walked through an open garage. The receptionist didn’t say hello and rudely pointed at the door I was supposed to walk through when I was already at the front desk. Given the garage door was open, it seemed like that was the obvious place to enter. You also have to take your shoes off to use the gym if you don’t have a second pair. Didn’t bother going in given how negative this man was. Try elsewhere because the equipment didn’t look good either

I was actually intimidated to go to this gym because I thought it would be full of muscle people who would think I am weird for doing my 2kg bicep curls. But no, everyone here is doing their own thing and is quite friendly. I was wrong to feel like that!This gym is not fancy at all, don’t expect the latest gear, but has everything you might need to get a workout done.The staff are friendly and most of them speak English.Could use some mirrors in the back room but that’s just my personal preference.
