Bershka, please inform your staff that customers are not “obligated” to hang clothing on hangers. Ofcourse, if the staff asks me politely, I will do it. But in general I am not payed for it, the staff is. Today a member of your staff told me to do it, after confronting him he lied that it is a duty of customers and that it is written on a cash register. Ofcourse, nothing was written there in this sense.

Very nice clothing store. Looks small from the outside, until you step inside and see the true size of the place. Great atmosphere, background music and clothing selection. A good amount of fitting rooms makes it fast and convenient to try out the selected clothes. A little different from traditional clothing.

Yesterday I was buying a t-shirt and I was shocked by relatively young lady with glasses , she was packing the stuff and giving a people the numbers for fitting rooms.She was yelling at me ,, you have 10 minutes,, with a very arrogant face.Workers need to know , that we are paying them by buying there products and they should treat us well as customers.

Good for accessories women clothing. Not many men clothes. Be aware of the 20% tax.

The warmest shop I have never be in. It is shocking knowing that the electricity bills are worrying all Europe now. It doesn't want me to spend time in it. Pity!

We bought so many clothes. The clothes here were so cheap and the quality was great. But, as soon as we got to the cashier, we were so disappointed. The long blonde girl at the cashier didn't acknowledge us even though we were right in front of her and continued to look at the previous bag slowly. We stood up, doing nothing for about a minute or two. When she started to calculate our clothes, her attitude was very touchy. The worst of all, because we had limited amount of money on one of our cards, we asked her if we could pay a small amount on one card and the rest on the other card. Then she asked the other coworker, and they started to laugh and say things in another language. Because we were from another country, we couldn't understand their language. From that moment, we were like their own comedians. Every time we say something to help them solve their inconvenience, they look at each other and say something and laugh. It was a very stressful experience, and we hope you teach the cashier girls to have some respect for the customers.

Satisfied, just had to wait some time before getting in since there wast he maximum of people. Was pretty boring but we got in in the end, so 4 stars.
