Very happy with the Vietnamese food! Royal portions of very tasteful goodness. With a nice view of the square from the terrace. Ps the ginger lemonade was the best lemonade on our trip.

Best Asian restaurant in Budweis. Could do with more staff though, I went there three times before, once for sushi we waited around 1,5 to be made, even though the restaurant was not super busy. Waiters seem off, my last order was messed up (ordered beef got chicken), for more drinks we had to go to the bar and ask :) otherwise food is good!

Probably the best place for vietnamese cuisine in and around Budweis - tried couple of them throughout the months and others don't really compare.The prices aren't exactly the lowest but you get what you pay for - for example a beef that tastes like beefs and that you can chew on.Don't know about their sushi though, haven't tried it yet. But when it comes to traditional vietnamese dishes - MET has those well executed in my opinion.

Unfortunately I have to change my review due to my last visit, this place has been nothing more than very nice place to go for a date or lunch but.. we ordered 9 orders or maki sushi and ended up getting only 3, after 40 minutes I finally asked when I will get my food, since my girlfriend was already done eating, the server had no clue what’s going on, maybe because he didn’t speak czech or English either.. the restaurant offered to do the sushi for me but of course for the full price, this place really need to figure out their staff, this happens almost every time we visit, I’m sick of it. I won’t recommend this place anymore or visit it.

The food is very tasty and the portions are generous. Waiters are kind and speak English well. They brought water bowl for my dog as well. I love this Vietnamese restaurant in Ceske Budejovice and visit every time I am in the city. Highly recommendable!
