Adresa me zavedla uplne do jineho arealu (STK), kde sice je ohromna cedule registru, je ale asi stara. Ve skutecnosti je to asi o 200m uplne v jine budove mimo areal STK uplne zezadu za dvema zavorama. Nebo projit skrz obcerstveni. Urcite se objednejte, je tu mraky lidi. Rezervaci mi to vzalo o 22 minut driv, nez na kdy byla. Asel jsem okamzite na radu.

Já absolutne nerozumim, ze neco tak banálního, jako prepis auta, muze trvat tak dlouho! Za hodinu odbavilo nekolik přepážek cca 10 lidi a prede mnou je dalsich 40. Na tohle aby si clovek vzal realne dovolenou. Na nekolika prepazkach pro zmenu neobsluhuji vubec. Neskutecny. Rozhodne nedoporucuju.

Update June 14, 2023: now I manage to slowly explain things in Czech and it went smoothly. However my first experience with this administration was terrible (see below).December 21, 2015 in the morning. I had arrived after a long day's drive from abroad (1200 km) and I knew I had only 3 months to get my car registered in the CR. So first thing in the morning, I went to that registration office and started to explain the needs.- For how long have you been living in this country?"- "I arrived late last night"- "This is the Czech Republic

I have to admit that in the two times I’ve been here (once reserved my place on the internet and once walk in), they’ve been friendly and put in real effort to make my day easier even if I’ve forgotten some docs.

I had a great experience. I've been there since about 7:45 and I was like 10th in the queue, and still I was gone by 8:11! That's amazing. Staff was well organized and quite friendly.
