S ubytovaním sme boli spokojní. Majiteľ bol veľmi milý a ústretový. Horšie to bolo s komunikáciou s easy BNB, cez ktorú treba prvotne riešiť všetky prípadné nedostatky. Hovoria len po anglicky, čo bol pre nás problém. Vybavenie apartmánu je veľmi dobré, kuchynské zariadenie - skromné. Čo sme potrebovali, dokúpili sme si. Nepríjemné je, že easy BNB zrejme nerozlišuje dĺžku pobytu. Napríklad pri poskytovaní uterákov. Po prvom týždni, keďže apartmán nemá pračku, sme museli použiť práčovňu, ktorá je našťastie nablízku. Neskôr našu situáciu vyriešil majiteľ.

This is the worst property management company I have ever come across; they might be good for the property owner but they treat the guests badly. It’s because of them my vacation in Prague got ruined. The apartment that they rented to me had lights that didn’t work (sitting in the dark as we speak), the shower door was broken and came off when I was about to use the shower. When I contacted the company they offered me to send the handyman who either I would have to wait for and schedule to meet, which I didn’t want to do, or they will come to the apartment while I wasn’t there and I would be responsible for my things inside the apartment. The process of getting access to apartment was a cumbersome process as well and the response was always delayed. I had to make several phone calls to get in touch with the right person. The process also required me to provide them with too much unnecessary information about me and my arrival and they weren’t flexible at all; it felt like at any point they can and will choose to not give me access to the place that I had already paid for through Airbnb. Plus I didn’t know until the last minute how and where I would get the keys to the place. Lastly they have hidden costs for different check in times which they fail to put in the initial advertisement.

The apartment was clean, inviting, and had enough beds for our bigger group. Check-in was easy and the hosts were very accommodating. The location was within walking distance of Old Town. Definitely will use again the next time we are in town.

Ziemlich gut mit keinen Organisatoris hen Problemchen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Checkin/Checkout bis jetzt die schnellste und einfachste was ich erlebt hatte. Die haben eine Registrierung auf einer seltsamen, in Panama registrierte Seite, was bei EU Bürgern sowieso erst ab 30 Tage Aufenthalt erforderlich wäre. Habe mich nicht registriert,scheint niemanden zu interessieren.

Appartement très agréable avec 2 critiques aucun éclairage sur la terrasse et le salon séjour à l exception de deux guirlandes !!! et la propriétaire qui refusait de donner au moins un deuxième trousseau de clés. Étant 3 adultes il a fallu gérer en laissant les clés sous le paillasson avec les risques.Ces deux points modifiés tout serait très bien

Отличное расположение квартиры. Пешеходная доступность до старого центра города и достопримечательностей. Большое количество кафе и ресторанов вокруг.Хороший интерьер и удобная кровать! Место супер!
