Evertime I go there I have a positive experience. The staff is extremely willing to help and patient. I recommend using the online ordering system so you do not have yo wait in the queue. The location of the office os great since it is on the C line Budejovicka station.

All the instructions in token machine is in Czech ,but some of the staff inside speaks English ,mostly crowded,it will take around 1 hour

I was visiting twice and I have to say that the personnel was always polite and helpful. When I arrived today there was about 20+ people ahead of me but it was going fast.
