服务非常差。要预定时间，结果等得快要死掉。工作员完全不懂事。一千克朗的服务费要干嘛！

It was quite a stressful experience, but I am overall satisfied with the received service. I even came 30 minutes earlier than my appointment and I was dealt with right away. If I can give you some tips: you can only pay by card there, so cash, best by a Czech bank card on your name. Also, have photo copies ready of every original document that you have to bring, but you can also make copies on site. If you are travelling for study reasons, and you want to stay in China for some more time then you have in your Admission Notice, you need to buy the flight tickets beforehand, and bring the reservation confirmation of them, this will provide enough grounds to prolong your stay (but just by a few days, in my experience 1 week is still doable, but 2 weeks are a bit too much).
