I visited the store because I had some issues with fixed internet. The staff is unprofessional and condescending. They did not care about the issues that I presented to them. They tried to minimise it. It is so disgusting!

There's practically no competition in Czech Republic but somehow Vodafone manages to be more unstable, then understaffed enough to make fixing outages a terrible experience for both technician & client, on top of this the amount of red tape they stick on their service workers makes them flat out unable to assist in any meaningful way; great for their bottom line, terrible for user & store clerk/technician. (For example, requires you to share your landlord's private credentials (a severe security & privacy issue) just to call in an outage.If you can: absolutely avoid.Edit: Vodafone claims the highest priority, my connection has been unstable for 2 weeks now; refusing to help until I'd get my landlord (if available) to sort it, took until today to finally get an appointment with a technician; for after the weekend. Not sure about you, but if something is my priority I listen to the end-users and get it done in under a week, as I'm used to literally everywhere else I've lived. You make plenty to hire enough UX/system designers & technicians, do better.

Last time that I visited this place, I found a guy that in spite of having fluent English, he seemed to be so annoyed by speaking with me in that language. However, the conversation continued and also his rude attitude as he was asking me or replying to me for something. Unfortunately, I could not tolerate more his behaviour and recommended him to treat his anger instead of putting it against me for the simply fact of not speaking Czech. Of course, he recommended me to get out of the country, which is an absolute racist response. A totally unpleasant experience.

Very comfortable and beautiful showroom. Service too is good. I was assisted by a staff who speaks English, he was polite. I just needed to buy a prepaid SIM card, no documents were required.for CZK 200 you get a SIM card with 5GB data for 30days and if you login online you get 6GB additional.

3 years of good experience is ruined within a month of struggle (ongoing) and multi-multiple issues with product and service and billing..There are though employees that try to be attendive..and I truly appreciate them.. but need to chase every step many times and still issues arise or not get solved as paid or promised.. Loss of too much time and money that cannot be replaced/reimbursed..
