Good place to wash and dry your clothes quickly in approx. 1 hour. There was also free washing powder in a bucket, which was surprising.

Ok place. But no dergents available and too expensive. No change from bills. In us regular wash cost $1.5$ here is 5. So looks like Prague people 3 times more reach than US guys.

This place is great! I have been traveling for 2 and half weeks and my stuff definitely needed a wash. The machines are straight forward. Put bills in the silver machine it will give you the equivalent in 20kc coins, then buy your detergent, and follow the instructions on the signs over the machines.Although, the cash/coin machine says it takes 500kc bills, but... it definitely doesn't, only 100 and 200s. When I went to get more money and hopefully smaller bills out of the ATM machine that is attached, it gave me a 2000kc bill! OMG! Then I went to buy a slice of Pizza across the street to get a few lower bill amounts, and when I fed them to the coin machine it wouldn't take bills it had before... so, the coin machine ran out of coins, I guess, while I was there.That's why this place doesn't get 5 stars from me -- that thing should be STACKED with coins -- the woman from the restaurant two doors down who gave me change for my 200kc bills (my hero) said that the coin machine is always broken". So bring a bunch of Czech coins with you to this place.It was just me when I went. It was a short walk from my hotel and there are tons of restaurants (including fast food) on the way there and back! (Maybe to get change if you need it?) I do really recommend the pizza place across the street! (Johnny's) yum!I also do wish the "programs" on the machines were easier to understand. I couldn't make heads or tails of the ABC on the machines and what they meant."

Laundry ok, but coins exchange do not work! Not possible to pay by card, no plastic boxes for things, cola and other drink automat is empty ((

The machines are not clean, so one has to wonder, no fabric softener, the timers are not accurate, and the dryer do not dry the clothes, although we had to pay twice, and had taken the 9 min and 15 minutes option,

The place is dirty as it can be. Spiders on the walls, the dryers filled with hair and the seats just stinky and dirty.Washing machine broke down so I had to visit this place to do my laundry. Needless to say that the machines do not give change back, which it can be overseeing, however the dryers of this place do absolutely nothing. Used 3 different ones for 30 minutes each, all the clothes are still soaking wet and they now smell of mold, b cause apparently as you can see on the pictures, nobody and I mean nobody is cleaning them.No staff in to help or make a complain.Horrible. Simply horrible. I will stick with Andy's Laundry, it might be a tad more expensive but they get the job done. Now I need to spend money and more time to wash all the laundry again cause your machines stink... Thanks.

Well they could start off by cleaning the machines.#1 Some of the machines the soap is inside the tray and few others inside the drum.#2 the place is not warm at all freezing cold#3 place not so tidy itself it’s like not vacuumed or taken care off for sometime.Anyway saying this - we had to do our laundry the most urgent onesAnd oh do bring in coins better than depending on the machine to change for you.

New and clean but there aren't any change machines, which is a hassle.It's also pretty expensive.

Look for yellow building with atm. 120k for wash then 30 for every 9 minutes drying. Change machine in shop.

Staff was very helpful, even though I couldn't speak Czech we were able to communicate very well. Demonstrated how to use the machine well. I would definitely go back and would recommend to all.
