Was super quick service during weekdays, lunch time

I agree with most of the comments in te reviews, the worst customer service. The lady working is impolite. they seem to hate their job.

The customer service guy was impolite and impatient the whole time, he said that they don't have internet right now (how ironic), so me coming here after work was a waste a time. When I asked if there was a phone number where I could ask if they had an internet connection, so I could call them before coming here again unnecessarily, he just shook his head that they didn't have one (how ironic that is). If I meet with such an arrogant person again at Vodafone, I will cancel all my subscriptions.Edit: after reading thru the reviews it seems that everybody has the same issue with the same bald guy there

Vodafone CZ does not accept any online creditcard payments from international Mastercards/VISAs. Goodluck being a tourist and trying to recharge!

the consultant spoke to me rudely and boorishly

Staffs are incompetent to the extreme. I met with David today and waste half an hour of my precious time for nothing. He doesn't even know how phones work and keep insisting that vodafone sims only work with phones from their store, while keep playing through folders of my international note 8 pretending like he is trying to change system setting so that it would magically make my faulty sim works. I mean, I would be much happier if the mall management replace this useless store with a bigger sea fish tank!
