Velvyslanectví Španělska v Praze

As almost everything in our country, a shame.The service is horrible, I assume they work whenever they want (if they work). From providing wrong advice, to never answer the phone, to making you wait for almost two hours, seating there, to process a document because the person responsible (it seems there was only 'one single' employee able to 'process' the document, renewing the passport, such a complicated ordeal) was not 'yet' there .... almost two hours late with no excuses or apologies. Next to me, a couple with a new born, also had to wait there for almost two hours, with a newly born baby. Just unbelievable.Not a good time for being Spanish, everything seems a disaster with no solution.

Pésima atención al cliente. Me comuniqué con la Embajada por correo solo para informarme sobre los trámites que tengo que llevar a cabo para mudarme de vuelta a España y lo que hicieron fue darme de baja con dos meses de antelación. Al responder que no había solicitado la baja y que la cancelaran, dejaron de responder a mis correos. Ahora no estoy empadronada en ningún sitio…

Una vergüenza.Fui a inscribirme como residente para solicitar el voto por correo. Me dijeron que únicamente tenía que rellenar un formulario, pero, como no podía ser de otra manera, se ahorraron mencionar bastantes otros trámites necesarios para poder votar desde aquí.No tienen ni idea de lo que hacen…

Intento no utilizar durísimas palabras, insultos más que otra cosa, para describir la infinita impotencia que siento por tan horrible y terrible servicio, completamente enajenado de humanidad, cultura, educación, conocimiento y atención.No me extrañaría nada que el personal de esta embajada llegase a recibir amenazas porque el servicio es despótico, insultante, humillante y completamente falto de todo, absolutamente todo.La funcionaria que me atendió no tenía conocimiento alguno de nada. Su compañera tampoco. Quien intentó ayudarles, tampoco. Así que su respuesta fue, simplemente: no sabemos ... no podemos ayudarle". Pregunté

I’ve been calling them for already 1 week, calling every day twice per day and none pick up the phone.Once someone picked it up and hang up at the time.I am in hurry to ask about some important documents and nobody wants to help me.It’s so disappointing to have this embassy as representative of Spain.HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I have been calling several times in a regular work day during the working hours and not a single time someone picked up. One would expect a better support from an embassy, especially during the pandemic time.

Very friendly staff and I'm very pleased with the help they offered to me with my working visa.

We got completely wrong information regarding travel to Spain during the pandemic. The lady was not very helpful and seemed annoyed that I called.
