I took my car to get serviced here this week. The young woman at the service desk was very professional, spoke perfect English and was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this car dealer for buying and maintaining your car.

Nice personell and not pushy to sell but more asking what you looking for and explaining everything. Highly recommend and nice cars for normal cost

Had a yearly service there. They are all so friendly and helpful. Veronika Nedvědová is great. She speak fluent English.

Petra was least helpful customer representative to face any potential customer. I understand there is a communucation gap as my czech is bad.but so far i have survived 2+ years. Her body language and dislikable face expression are enough to put you off. Sorry guys I heard better things about you surely disappointed.

Had a planned technical inspection here today. Very professional attitude and suggestions, fixed some issues that I even didn't mention. Manager (Veronica?) had a very good English so it was easy to communicate. Thanks and highly recommend!

Svancara Ladislav - An absolute disgrace of a car salesmen. Was rude and arrogant to me and my partner the whole way through discussions with him. We asked if we could reserve the car on Monday, to which we were told he can only do until the evening because if someone comes with cash he will sell it. We then put the car into a service to ensure what we were buying was safe / reliable. After the tests came back there were many faults with the car and as any normal person would we asked if there was a possibility to discount the car. He informed us he would have to ask his boss and then the next day he informs us the car is is on reservation until Friday for someone else and tells us that we weren't interested in the car. Also funny how he can reserve the car for 48 hours for someone else but not even one day for us! I can't comprehend this behaviour. Avoid at all costs!

Had a test drive for Hyundai Santa Fe. I called them before I started to head to their office. When I arrive they told me the car that I was interested in is sold. They sent me with no apology. What a waste of time and energy...
