Brandeis Clinic by Lucie Kalinová

The clinic is very modern and the rooms are nice and comfortable. The assistents and nurses are very professional and made my stay very pleasant. The doctor Lucie is very experienced and knows what shes doing. I came to the clinic with certain preferences and ideas about my implant choice, but the doctor really adviced me what is the best fit for my body type and the best for avoiding complications. I hope the healing will go smoothly, but so far I can the Brandeis Clinic and Dr.Kalinova only recommend.

I have nothing but great things to say about Brandeis Clinic. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and overall amazing! The clinic was beautiful and so clean.

Terrible Customer Service,op ok, no clear communication though

It was my first time at the clinic and it was beyond my expectations. Very professional and friendly staff. They know well what they do! I will recommend to other people who need someone who is taking care about the results.

Die Klinik ist modern, sauber und schön. Personal und das ganze Team ist freundlich und professionell. Der Anästhesist wirkt zuverlässig und ich hatte plötzlich keine Angst mehr. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Krankenschwester Alena war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Bei mir wurde am 25.4.23 eine Brustverkleinerung, eine Oberlidstraffung und 3 mal Muttermalentfernung gemacht. Ich habe mich für Frau MUDr. Kalinova entschieden, da ihre Ergebnisse überzeugen. Ich war 2-3 Jahre nur am Lesen und hatte persönliche Gespräche mit mehreren Ärzten geführt. Frau Kalinova ist eine erfahrene Ärztin, sie spricht direkt und sachlich. Sie hat sich für mich Zeit genommen und hat jede meine Frage nett und ehrlich beatnwortet. Nach der OP war sie 2-3 mal im Zimmer und hat länger mit uns geredet. Alle Frauen die dort waren, sind zufrieden, wir sind immer im Kontakt. Frau Kalinova antwortet mir auch jetzt und möchte auch, dass ich ihr immer wieder die Fotos schicke. Ich vertraue ihr und komme gerne wieder. Ich werde sie und habe sie auch schon mehreren Frauen in der Schweiz und Deutschland empfohlen. Based on my friend recommendation, I was at Brandeis clinic last week to get tooth filling and ceramic crown, which I desperately needed but was afraid to go to the dentist for the long time. But what a pleasant surprise it was. Ok, the clinic itself looks fantastic with top class equipment but the biggest bonus to me was the doctor that described in detailed each step before she took. I appreciate this approach where they talk to you all the time on what they are doing so you can get ready ☺ . Since the prices are affordable I am coming next week for whitening.

This clinic is quite unprofessional. One of their doctors (surgeon) keep spending a lot of time outside of the main clinic entrance smoking (not best example of a medical professional).Also, they discriminate patients with certain health conditions due to prejudice and lack of education (be extra careful with them).Additionally, it is questionable the quality of their equipment sterilization process as one of the surgeons rejected to complete a procedure due to them not having an adequate sterilization equipment (this is what the surgeon said); hence the procedure was cancelled last minute, the day before the procedure was due to be completed.

I had a breast reduction august 2016 I am very pleased with the result Dr musilova was brilliant, the staff and nurses were caring and helpful, clinic was very clean Alena toncarova was there for me from start to finish I would highly recommend the Brandeis clinic to anyone considering a breast reduction

I have mixed experience with the clinic.I an very satisfied with the Doctor Stefan Krivosudsky work and the results from surgery. I like how my nose looks, that’s great.However, correspondence was the worst experience in my life. Erika Nohejlová, the assistant with whom I communicated made my experience a nightmare!First, she responds wherever she is in mood and not when customers need her. I spent hours trying to reach her the day when they should remove stitches . I had to search other assistant, then she had to call her and we spent all day searching for Erica!On multiple occasions when I ask for something I got accused that it is my mistake that we misunderstood, although i always communicated with her all my plans in front.
