There is some sort of bouncer on the door who is aggressive and is forcing you to take a basket. There are usually no baskets available. This makes people que near the self service counters which is really bad with the current Covid situation. Billa is unable to provide the needed number of baskets and yet is forcing the customers to have one using aggressive bouncers. Unbelievable!!!

They have replaced cashiers with self-service counters, so now customers have to scan all of their products themselves. This is slower than the cashiers, and the queues are now sooo long. This is terrible service. They did not think about the customers at all when they did this. All for saving a few euros on cashiers. Shame on you Billa, you are supposed to be a higher quality store than Albert, but with treating your customers this way, you will be out of business soon.

I do not feel good here as it seems chaotic, claustrophobic and for Billa it's quite small so the offer is limited. But the employees have been always very nice to me. They also added the self service checkout which made the shopping faster.
