It's the worst place if you are a foreigner. I came here with my son to make photos for visa. I do not speak Czech well but I really try my best so that people can understand me. So the woman who was there definitely understood what I needed, we started doing the photos ,but when afterwards i was trying to ask her questions about the photos that she made, whether they are OK for visas, if it is OK that my son does not look right into the camera on the photo, BUT she did not react at all at me and my questions. I was feeling frustrated and even my son noticed that this lady does not react at me at all. No smile, no polite word, no answer to my 2-3 questions. If I could speak Czech better, I would definitely asked her what was the problem and why she did not answer to me.What's moreover, the price for photos was super high. My husband also needed to do photo for visa after me and he visited different photo laboratory not far away from this one and and it was much cheaper there and the ladies were super nice and polite there.

High quality photos but I see it expensive and the team take picture really fast without making you prepared or help you to get prepared for photo

Obsluha krade zákazníkům slevy. Nechal jsem si tisknout fotky přes fotokios. Vyjela účtenka společně se slevou 100 Kč na další nákup. Obsluha si to hned vzala, neměl jsem ani prostor na tu účtenku šáhnout. Myslel jsem, že mi útržek se slevou dá po zaplacení. Vůbec, dostal jsem jen účet. Nechtěl jsem dělat scénu, tak jsem jen pozdravil a odešel, ale paní ani neuměla říct nashledanou.

Dont get your photo taken here, quality is really bad

Unfriendly service with awfully taken photo. This suppose to be passport photo, so I had to go to another place and re take it again(((

Sold me ID photos from broken printer with pink tint over the whites. The self service machine is not working with the cell phones although it pretends it does.
