The coffee and the cake were awesome, despite being quite expensive compared to what you can get in the city. But what really astonished me - a homeless person. Okay, he bought something, he is a customer, and he sat inside, but the smell was really strong and really bad. The staff instead of trying to actually solve the problem, just opened the door when it was raining and 3 deg Celsius outside. It is possible they opened the door for some other reason, but the point is that the tables are facing the door so it was not a pleasant experience at all to sit there. Will never come back.

They place is nice and good location BUT it needs deep cleaning and fixing male toilet. I can see germs everywhere. Please deep cleaning once a month.

Staff was very friendly! I’ve been there a few times. This starbucks is a little out of my way but I always like visiting it when Im in this part of town. Its got a cozy, friendly and chill vibe to it. :)

Easy to go,You can get your drink and study there. Unfortunately there is limited plug for if you are out of battery. There is two facility on second floor. Right one is more suitable to study than other one.

Unpleasent, reluctant service, ice coffee tasted like water with milk. Quality comparing to other starbucks branches is lacking.

This particular Starbucks is rather small, but don’t get misinformed. It actually makes it a lot nicer, as every piece of furniture is high quality. Most of it is made out of different kinds of wood. It is especially a popular place to study because of students nearby. There are a lot of lights around the whole place. Some warm and some cold. It feels like home to me. Some people might dislike it, because it has low ceiling and limited seating. In my experience you shouldn’t worry about seating, as you will get a good spot almost every time. In conclusion, this is one of the better Starbucks in Prague, since it offers a unique environment, that others don’t have.
