Domeq

I lived in Domeq 1 for three months. I never had any problems in my Studio: pleasant atmosphere, friendly people and staff ready to help the tenants. Thank you :)

I've been residing with Domeq the past 4 years and living in different units and using a wide variety of the services offered, incl. weekly cleaning. All services are running smoothly and the daily receptionist is helpful with whatever info needed.High recommended!

Domeq is a great place for expats. You can meet people from around the world and learn about different cultures. Tram and bus stops are nearby. You can even walk to the city center. I enjoyed the peaceful environment, especially the Ponávka river. The large windows of Domeq 2 & 3 were my favorite. My room was full of sunlight and comfortably spacious.

co-living / co-working space at its best. i have been living here for the past few weeks and i can honestly say that it is one of the best places that i have ever lived in. the building is very new and only opened at the end of 2017.all the apartments are fully furnished and included all utilities even wifi. the common areas have internet connected tv's, cinema screen and a pool table. this is a great place to meet and socialise with other tenants.one of the best features of domeq is that the contract is only on a month to month basis so if your staying for less than one year in brno this is the perfect place.

An exceptional place to live in. And why? Well, because first of all, what you get for the price you pay is even more than I expected, comparing it to other places who are much more expensive and sometimes offer less.It has all the utillities a student or someone who just started working needs, the building itself has a nice atmosphere and makes you wanna be there, you meet people from all around the world and everyone is so kind and helpful.They clean the building every single day, every once in a while there is something new they're adding either to the building itself or into the rooms, also the people working here were always helpful and fast in responding.All in all a place I would definitely recommend while living here for 6 months already.

I've been living here since March 2022 and I am more than satisfied. The organization is great, staff is very polite and very helpful and they speak fluent English. For any information I needed, they were also really quick to respond. The cleanliness is on the next level; they make sure the building is clean top to bottom every single day. Even though there is a road nearby, it is very quiet and the only noise that may occur is from someone just slamming the doors a bit too hard.I love the fact that there is security at the premise, which was very important for a foreigner looking for accommodation in a new country/city.The location is perfect; city center is within walking distance and public transport and various supermarkets are just a few minutes away.Overall, I am very pleased with Domeq and would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for a peaceful and cozy accommodation here in Brno.

The concept and idea of this project makes sense and could be helpful, however, its outcome is very much woeful. Apart from very high rent, the buildings are very but very poorly built and the quality of interior is awfully low. Therefore maintenance is needed on the daily basis. There are often water leaking from the ceiling or washing machines and dryers are usually out of order (you need to pay for this service also btw), etc. Lucky tenant does not need to pay for repairs, unfortunately, majority of tenants are not lucky" AT ALL and Foreigners s.r.o. demand payment almost for anything. UPDATE February 2020In short, avoid this place.Now the longer explanation.It's been a few months now since the 'quality' of life at this once nice place to stay has started declining only to reach the point where a long-term tenant is left with no other choice but to strongly advise anyone looking for an accommodation in Brno area to never consider Domeq as an option. Not even as a temporary one.There are so many issues that don't get a proper response while the new ones keep arising. Imagine coming back from work to a cold room in February because the heating is not working, then finding out there is suddenly no hot water as well.Or try to do your laundry after waiting for a few hours only to get your turn in a room with more out of order" stickers than the functioning devices.Despite the fact there are NO SMOKING signs everywhere

At the beginning i gave 4 stars but after one year here i have to lower the rate.You have a good dristributions of space inside with some smart drawers, dishwasher, and a nice glassed window that runs along all the wall. Nevertheless, 13 100 czk for 24 m^2 may seem a bit expensive, but if the landlord rises my rent to 15 100 czk after one year, it is definitely too much.Especially since there are other problems.Hot water often misses, the temperature doesn't keep constant during shower, and sometimes heating misses as well.There is a window between the bathroom and the main room with a wooden frame, that has, predictably, broken and covered in mold after few months (see the attached picture).There is a laundry to wash and dry your clothes, 4 machines for two buildings of 12 floors, so you have to pray to find a moment in which they are free. People never clean the washing machine or the drier after usage.A good point is that rooms are very soundproof and that the apartment is very warm since it's a B class but.Receptionists and cleaning women are amazing and always try to help you.

I'm living in Domeq since July and it's been amazing so far. Very quiet, nice people, very organized. We also have a fitness room, a game room, billiards, books, anything you need to relax with your friends and family. And the part that matters.. the rent is really affordable for whoever wants to live alone, even more if with someone else. I truly recommend! :)
