Very narrow alley that has a pedestrian walk sign on both sides to help the flow of traffic. Prague has lots of these narrow alleys, but this one leads to a restaurant and is unique in that there is a walk light controlled by buttons. A bit underwhelming, I’d recommend just walking along the streets of Prague and you will run into narrow alleys like this.

just a narrow staircase. easy to walk past if you don’t know about it already.cool to see if you’re nearby.it’s essentially just a narrow staircase then you go back up. as many reviews have mentioned, no one really listens to the traffic lights so it’s quite difficult to get back up the stairs once you’ve come down, if the upstairs is busy.

It opens at 11:30 so be aware of that. To be honest is nothing special so don’t have high expectations. And it’s very crowded also.

Really fun and cute experience. Once you go down the alley there‘s no more you can do than take some pictures in front of the redlight and wait for it to turn green. You need to take the same narrow alley to get back to your sightseeing tour. Passing the he narrow alley is free so you can go up and down as often as you like

Quirky little alley with a pub/restaurant at the bottom (no other way in/out. Beautiful views. Worth a beer stop.

A quirky thin street, not to be missed while touring around Prague!The added reward is the restaurant/bar at the foot of the street!Also near Lennon's Wall and some freaky massive babies (metal statues) in Kampa Park & a row of yellow penguins found on the edge of the bank beside a bar in the park!

It was a cute, quick, sort of not touristy Spot to check out. When I went, it was that busy so you were able to go up and down and take videos and photos to your liking. I liked the small detail of the stop and go little pedestrian man at the top and bottom of the stairs. It is quite narrow, but not TOO narrow. definitely just a single file line type of staircase.

Wouldn’t waste my time here. We were just 10 min away and decided to give it a go. When we got there we saw it’s not open and they probably make you pay for going through it.

Beautiful little alleyway, fun experience and the restaurant at the bottom is beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the Charles Bridge.

Worth a look if you're nearby as it makes a good photo, but it's essentially a staircase to a restaurant with a red/green traffic light system. Beware that the lights change faster than most people can get from the top to the bottom, so be prepared for angry tourists shouting when you emerge and they're waiting on green.
