It's a bit of a drive from Prague, but worth it. The business is family owned and operated. They can customize virtually everything from crystal shapes, sizes and colors, as well as length and width. If you have something specific in mind, they probably can make it.

Great customer service throughout the production, delivery and afterwards with shipping of the parts that we broke.Much better experience than with many Bigger names in the industry.

I was skeptical of importing Chandeliers from Czech republic to US. Jiri was very helpful in selecting the chandeliers to match our home decor, answering all my questions. The transaction was smooth and they were very quick to respond. The import duty is around 5% or so and it comes very well packed. The chandeliers look stunning in person - difficult to capture it on a phone. We got two chandeliers and wall sconces to match it. For the quality of crystals and workmanship they are value for money, shipping included! The crystals are much better than what you get in the US and closer to the Swarovski crystals w.r.t. quality. Since the crystal chandeliers have a larger number of crystals you need to get a patient electrician who can do the work and we lucked out on finding a good installer in Bay Area.

Good aber there were the issues with safety shipping . However they were resolved .

We ordered a chandelier for our new build (UK). The Shipping took a couple of weeks but everything was packaged well and was made as we had specified. Communication solid throughout the whole process, which eased apprehension about making such a big purchase remotely. Happy to recommend.
