Tady pracuji kvalitně a pokud něco zkazí, postaví se k tomu čelem. Za pět let co sem jezdím s mým VW touran jsem velmi spokojen.

Velké plus a díky tomuto servisu! Ohledně výměny prasklého čelního skla jsem volala v pondělí, v úterý auto přijali, ve středu ráno bylo hotové k vyzvednutí.

Přístup technika byl vstřícný a snažili se vyhovět. Náhradní auto zajištěno a předání po opravě proběhlo dle domluvy.

This is the best VW servis I've visited so far. The technicians are really helpful and not only trying to charge money for everything.

Nejprve jsem chtěl zjistit servisní historii na voze, který jsme koupili tzv. z druhé ruky".Zkusil jsem se zeptat v Auto Enge

Great authorized Skoda/VW mechanic. Very professional, prices are as you expect (2-3x higher than in non-authorized places). Quite happy with their services, but I'm quite surprised they don't bother with the little things e.g. vacuuming the inside or even topping up your windscreen liquid. Seems kind of strange as it would be quite/easy to do, especially if they're billing 7 - 8k here and there... At a non-authorized garage I'd understand (as it's cheap), but here I don't.REPLY: Transmission gear change wasn't free: I paid for warranty when I bought the car to protect me from manufacturing errors and you got it paid by Skoda as well, so let's not pretend it was all for free ;-) I understand, washer liquid purchase in wholesale must be so expensive that it's just not worth the cost to refill it ;-) And I wasn't just getting free transmission change" I did a regular fully paid service in August

Looks like a trustworthy authorized VW dealership and service. It might seem expensive, but the parts they use are original VW and craftsmanship is top notch. Never had a problem with any of the post warranty repairs.
