I sold my PS3 (fat) to them in 2022 (I originally bought it in 2008). They offered me a fair price and paid very fast. When I wrote to them the first time, I didn't receive a response, but I asked in store after a few days and they said they would contact me that day (and they did). Things moved along quickly after that.
