Vodafone Czech Republic a. s.

Customer of sorts (through acquired UPC). Got SMS claiming to be from Vodafone saying for Christmas I can get a free upgrade of internet for a month. I'm suspicious this is fake (or at least want to know if there are any conditions/terms), and want to contact customer service to verify.When hitting option for English, I still get update voices in Czech...When saying I am a customer, and trying to type in any relevant information I have, I get notified this information is incorrect (even if all information claims I can contact Vodafone as UPC customer, info sms is from Vodafone(!)...). Eventually I figure there is an option for You are a UPC customer"

Very rude and unprofessional women with name Dagmar who works at online phone Helpdesk. Cried and refused to moved to other operator. I have called to other operator and everything was ok!

The worst company I have ever had service ever. I have already saved the records and I will probably expose the things online. My entire experience was extremely terrible and awful with Vodafone company. Poor communication, false information and so on. I strongly “warn” you guys to be concerned with the comments here on google map cuz they were all creditable. Do not use Vodafone or you will have your endless nightmare even as you come back to your own country. They will trigger you like a freaking ghost.

Terrible!!! I asked them for a contract for 24 months (2 phone numbers and internet connection for home). They started charging me full price but they didn't set up the service according to the contract. It basically means they started charging me more than as it had been agreed. So that I have decided to cancel the contract (they offer 30 days trial period). But they didn't want to receive my request, all the Vodafone stores said that I have to do it via a phone call. On the phone they told me to do it in a store. Then finally I found a store where they accepted my printed out cancellation request. This happened 9th April. The SIM cards were transfered to another provider but the problem is still with the internet. Today it's 26th May and the internet at home is still on even if in the cancellation I asked for immediate cancellation of all services". Moreover according to the contract the price for internet connection was 199 CZK

As a customer of Vodafone Netherlands for more than 12 years, it was only logical that I signed up with Vodafone in Czechia when I moved here 8 months ago. That ended this past Saturday after I received one my worst customer experiences ever in the Vodafone store on Narodni street in Prague. There was only one customer service person, and he was so rude and dismissive about the problem I was having that I left and proceeded to switch carriers . Never again Vodafone Cz. Awful experience and this was not the first bad customer service experience in Prague at Vodafone. Try another carrier.

Great experience. Friendly helpful staff, and Daniel and his colleagues all speak English and Czech which is very helpful.

Worst mobile operator. The worst app, it just does not work and times when it does, UI/UX is awful. Sorry is not helpful and that's if you lucky to find how to contract them.

Wonderful people. Knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about meeting your needs, even if it means less money for them.Better than O2, or T-Mobile, in my opinion.Give them a try.

Vodafone is the worst in terms of customer friendliness. Needed a tariff for a month and can find no information on cancelling the tariff. Called them few times and the call reps are “busy” the online bot doesn't understand simple commands. Need to go to their office to cancel a tariff.. ridiculous!By the way, got overcharged with no proper info on bill regarding the extra charges..
